**What you'll need to succeed**
- Senior Cloud leadership experience, with CCoE function ownership/shaping.
- Proficiency in AI/ML workloads on major Cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS/GCP valued).
- Ability to balance governance with enablement.
- Experience with FinOps for data/compute-intensive workloads.
- Credibility with senior engineering leadership and executive stakeholders.
- Comfort operating in a matrixed environment.
**Bonus points if you have**
- Experience with GPU capacity planning, confidential computing, or AI-specific Cloud security.
- Prior experience in energy, industrial, or regulated sectors.
- Background in policy-as-code or automated governance.
