About the Role

The Cloud & Infrastructure Practice Head is a P&L-accountable leadership role and one of the most senior hires Teceze will make in 2026. This person will own the entire CIS tower — its revenue, delivery quality, team capability, sales strategy, and client relationships. They will report directly to the COO and be a key member of the Teceze leadership team, responsible for establishing the CIS tower as a market-leading, profitable practice within three years.

Key Responsibilities

• Own full P&L for the CIS tower — revenue, gross margin, cost of delivery, and EBITDA contribution
• Set and execute the 3-year tower strategy: market positioning, service portfolio, pricing, and growth targets
• Build and lead the delivery and sales team for the tower — recruit, develop, and retain top talent
