Professional experience in IT technical support roles (Level 2 or higher) in corporate environments;
Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Azure ecosystem (particularly services related to AI and data management, such as Azure AI Foundry/Studio);
Experience in configuring, supporting, and deploying solutions using AI Builder (Power Platform) and Microsoft Copilot (Microsoft 365 or other variants);
