The Division of Hospitalist and General Internal Medicine at the University of Maryland School of Medicine is recruiting full-time outpatient general internists for our growing practice. Clinical responsibilities include participation in our faculty group practice with eleven other internists, medical student teaching, and supervision of residents in the outpatient setting. This position will be responsible for increasing access to primary care at one or more of our ambulatory locations. We currently practice in Baltimore City and Reisterstown. Additionally, our success in the Maryland Primary Care Program (MDPCP) also hinges on efficient and timely transitional follow up for patients recently seen in the ED or discharged from the hospital.
