Clinician - All Ages - Somerville Outpatient



In this vital role, the Clinician - All Ages will provide direct clinical assessment and clinical intervention for child, adolescent, and adults of the program.



The Clinician will:



+ Conduct diagnostic evaluations, including developing treatment plan and goals in collaboration with the consumer.

+ Collaborate with treatment team and other providers to establish treatment plan and disposition.

+ Provide direct therapeutic intervention.

+ Maintain regular communication with treatment team and collateral providers/case managers as necessary. This may include attending planning or case management meetings regarding consumers.

+ Provides crisis management for clients on caseload and other outpatient center clients as necessary.
