Embark on a clinical externship with NVA Canada at Carnegy Animal Hospital. This immersive experience will provide veterinary students with essential hands-on clinical practice in a progressive setting.
Externs will closely work with knowledgeable Associate Veterinarians, focusing on patient evaluations, physical examinations, and developing treatment protocols. Opportunities for involvement in surgical procedures and patient management increase communication skills for effective client interaction. Open to 3rd and 4th year students, this externship lasts between two and eight weeks.
Key Responsibilities:
