Clinical Support Personnel are expected to function in the role of a family support counselor with the ability to:


+ Work with a diverse population of students and families.

+ Provide students and families with a safe space to support their identified goals.

+ Utilize the Solution Focused Brief Therapy Model and provide resources to meet student and family needs.

+ Utilize online documents and programs.

+ Work collaboratively as a member of a co-therapy team.

+ Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills.
