What you'll be doing:
- Supporting the Head of Quality and working alongside the CRT/Support Departmental managers
- Helping maintain complaint management and ensuring that all complaint responses are 100% fit for purpose.
- Supporting the HCPs, CCAs, Customer Relations Team (CRT) and CRT Managers to ensure that all complaints are being managed to the best of our ability.
- Undertake Clinical Guidance review ensuring that all our process guides are up to date. Help to support the Head of Quality in ensuring that all clinical staff within the business are adhering to the correct policies and procedures, therefore maintaining Clinical Governance.
