Office Location: Camp Hill, PA
Coverage area: Adams, Franklin, Cumberland, Dauphin, and Lebanon

Schedule: M-F 8am to 5pm-this is an office based position; field assistance as needed.

Call Expectations-manager on call rotation every three weeks. Once current positions are filled it will result in a 6 week rotation, it covers both the Harrisburg and York branches. Will also hold manager on call duties for holidays.

    

Grane Hospice is looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Hospice Clinical Specialist in Camp Hill, PA to support the delivery of high-quality hospice care through expert clinical oversight, documentation management, and workflow coordination. This vital role ensures patients receive timely , compliant, and well-coordinated care by managing clinical processes from start of care through discharge.
