**Overview**



the **Clinical Services Coordinator II** collaborates with clinical and non-clinical staff to facilitate the provision of coordinated interdisciplinary mental healthcare while meeting the needs of the patients/families served. This position is responsible for the efficient coordination of triage, acceptance, and case placement of referred patients. The incumbent will be the first point of contact for families and will coordinate needs prior to the initiation of services are initiated.



**Responsibilities**



1. Triage referrals for Center for Developmental Behavioral Health (DBH) services by reviewing documents obtained from patients/families ensuring that the referrals meet the department’s criteria.
