WHAT YOU’LL DO

Clinical & Operational Leadership

+ Provide leadership and oversight for Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) operations and participant outcomes.

+ Direct and support clinical and operational managers across multiple service lines.

+ Ensure development and evaluation of participant-centered care plans.

+ Monitor operational, quality, and clinical performance metrics.

+ Collaborate with organizational leaders to enhance care delivery processes.
