Advanced life science degree (e.g. PhD, PharmD, RN)
At least 2 years in a clinical scientist role in the pharmaceutical industry executing oncology clinical trials
Demonstrated experience in oncology drug development with cross‑functional knowledge (clinical ops, biostatistics, regulatory, clinical pharmacology, pharmacovigilance, and safety reporting)
Proven scientific writing skills and strong communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build consensus and drive change across all levels of the organization
Critical thinker who is proactive with a highly collaborative style and team‑focused approach
