Applications are invited for the post of Clinical Research Fellow Higher (ST3-5/ST6+)/Senior - Urology (Kidney Cancer) to commence from 01 September 2026 until 31 August 2027 at Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
The purpose of the post is to provide urological training and competencies in the surgical management of kidney cancer, experience in subspecialist clinics, and engagement in high-impact translational research.
The Urology department consists of 18 urology consultants, including 5 academic consultants. The department centralises provision of urological oncology care including bladder, prostate, kidney and testicular cancers to a large part of the East Anglian Region in addition to fulfilling its District Hospital functions.
The post-holder will participate in a middle grade, non-resident 1 in 9 on call rota.
