Full Time Clinical Research Financial Analyst
Key Responsibilities

+ Oncore / Calendar Builds

+ Conduct closeout audits to ensure all financial activities are reconciled prior to study closure

+ Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing, payment tracking, and follow‑up on outstanding balances

+ Verify billing compliance and resolve charge allocation discrepancies

+ Review and support negotiation of study budgets, contracts, and payment schedules

+ Collaborate with billing compliance, finance, and research teams to ensure adherence to financial guidelines

+ Utilize financial and clinical systems (e.g., Mecha, Epic) to support audits and billing reviews

Qualifications & Skills

+ Proven experience in accounts receivable, invoicing, and account reconciliation

+ Auditing experience, preferably in healthcare or clinical research
