Under the general direction and daily guidance of the Lead Tumor Registry, the Certified Tumor Registrar (CTR) supports the Cancer Committee Chair, Radiation Oncologists, Medical Oncologists and medical staff assuming responsibility for multiple registry assignments relative to the function of the Tumor Registry Department
