**Job Summary and Responsibilities**

As our RN Clinical Program Manager, you are responsible for improving the quality, efficiency and effectiveness of nursing care provided to patients within the Virginia Mason Cancer Institute (Survivorship, Navigation, Nursing and community outreach) by conducting ongoing needs assessments to determine patient care improvement opportunities.

Every day you will plan and provide essential nursing education programs designed to significantly improve staff capabilities in providing specialized care to these patients. You will also plan, implement, and evaluate specialty nursing care program activities in conjunction with senior nursing leadership, a Guidance Team, nurse managers, and staff nurses, collaborating with other disciplines as needed.
