**Clinical Program Manager RN at Providence Little Company of Mary Torrance in Torrance, CA. This position is Full-time and will work 8-hour, Evening shifts.**

Serves as designated divisional liaison with providers and ministry Care Coordination teams, to move patients towards safe and effective discharge plans or transitions to the most appropriate next level of care.
