**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE**

**Minimum Qualifications:**

+ Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree.
+ **_Completion of an ASHP accredited post-graduate year 1 residency program or 3 years of related experience._**

**LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS OR CERTIFICATIONS**

**Required:**

+ Licensed to practice pharmacy in the state of Texas or eligible for licensure from the Texas State Board of Pharmacy.Must be licensed with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy within 90 days of hire.

**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**

+ Doctor of Pharmacy degree
+ PGY1, PGY2 in Solid Organ Transplant or equivalent specialty experience
+ Must be willing to work in Webster, League City and Galveston
