Position Overview
Collaborate with Director, Clinical Director, Physicians and clinical staff to manage, assess and enhance the provision of patient care services within the Surgical Unit on a 24/7 basis to meet continuous quality improvement, customer service, programmatic growth and financial requirements supporting the mission of Seattle Children's Hospital. Develop, implement and monitor staffing plans, scheduling and staff development to meet current and anticipated needs and to maintain compliance with patient safety and regulatory requirements.
**This role will support the off-shift, primarily evenings. Choice of (4) 10-hr or (5) 8-hr shifts.**
**Required Education and Experience**
Bachelorβs degree or higher in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing.
Minimum of two (2) years RN experience.
Demonstrated leadership experience.
**Required Credentials**
Current Washington State or Multistate (MSL) RN license.
