**Required Qualifications:**



+ Bachelor's Degree In PHARMACY from an accredited School of Pharmacy or,

+ PharmD - In PHARMACY from an accredited School of Pharmacy.

+ Coursework/Training - Postgraduate Year One (PGY-1) AND Year Two (PGY-2) Pharmacy Residency or equivalent experience or equivalent educ/experience.

+ Oregon Pharmacist License upon hire.

+ Certification from Board of Pharmacy ...
