**Job Description**

The **UW MEDICAL CENTER - MONTLAKE PHARMACY DEPARTMENT** is seeking a highly-motivated **CLINICAL PHARMACIST – REHABILITATION MEDICINE SERVICES.**

**WORK SCHEDULE**
• Full-Time / 40 Hours Per Week
• Rotating/Variable Shift

**POSITION HIGHLIGHTS**
• This is a unique opportunity for a pharmacist to work with Rehab Medicine which provides care to varied patient populations including those who are recovering from cardiac surgery, bone marrow and solid organ transplant, or traumatic brain and spinal cord injuries. There is also involvement with our Neurology service.
• Our clinical pharmacists provide extensive pharmaceutical care and are a vital part of the inpatient multidisciplinary patient care team.
• In addition to direct patient care responsibilities, our pharmacists provide drug therapy consults, participate in treatment protocol development, provide patient/family/staff education, facilitate transitions of care, prece...
