Work hours: PRN (As Needed) Rotating shifts - day/evening/weekends/holidays and overnights as needed

Education

* Bachelor's Degree Pharmacy required or

* Other Pharm.D. required and

* Other - CLIAFE Must comply with CLIA regulations regarding foreign education equivalency required

Experience

* 2 years hospital experience or residency preferred
