**Description**



This position will be working primarily weekdays with one Saturday coverage a month.



We are seeking a Staff Pharmacist to support our Long-Term Care pharmacy, which serves as the primary contracted pharmacy for the Oregon PACE program and Providence Child Center. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring safe, effective, and high-quality medication therapy for geriatric and pediatric populations in a facility-based care environment.



Key Responsibilities:



+ Interpret, verify, and process physician medication orders with accuracy and timeliness

+ Monitor drug therapy to ensure safety, appropriateness, and optimal clinical outcomes
