A Specialty Compounding Pharmacy is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to support both Sterile and Non-Sterile Production departments, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations and providing expert guidance during medication preparation and dispensing. Key Responsibilities:

• Verify accuracy and compliance of sterile and non-sterile compounded preparations per master formula worksheets.


• Implement and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies to maintain patient safety and regulatory compliance.


• Ensure adherence to USP <795>, <797>, and <800> guidelines.


• Supervise cleaning and garbing policies according to company standards.
