Clinical Pharmacist -GP Surgery -16 hours / week - 12 months Contract

We are looking to recruit a motivated, committed and enthusiastic Clinical Pharmacist with previous experience working in General practice to join our friendly general practice with a patient population of around 5900.

Clinical staff includes three GP Partners, two salaried GPs,Clinical Pharmacist, a Practice Nurse/Healthcare assistant and GP Trainee/s. This is a training practice.

Applicants must possess relevant qualifications, be flexible and a team player.

Main duties of the job

The role will involve working with the lead medicine management GP and Clinical Pharmacist for various quality improvement projects and to achieve PCN network DES.
