About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Clinical Pharmacist with a background in clinical pharmacy to join our Emergency Department team. In this role, youll provide comprehensive clinical pharmacy services, including assessment, intervention, advocacy, and consultation, all within a dynamic multidisciplinary team environment. Youll be involved in medication reconciliation, patient education, service development, and the mentoring and supervision of early career pharmacists. Your strong communication skills and ability to build trusted relationships will be key to delivering excellent patient care and contributing meaningfully to the wider ED team.
