Position Overview

QUALIFICATIONS:Education, Training And ExperienceLicensed by, or eligible for Licensing by, the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia.
 Completion of an Accredited Pharmacy Residency and three (3) years recent pharmacy practice experience, including community based practice or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Skills And AbilitiesAbility to identify and resolve drug therapy problems for elderly and palliative clients.
Ability to apply clinical knowledge and evidence based decision-making.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Health Care Practitioners and care providers, as well as clients, family members, volunteers, and the public.
