The salary range for this position is CAD $54.49 - $68.10 per hour.

Job Summary

Relief full‑time Clinical Pharmacist position at Abbotsford Regional Hospital and Mission Memorial in Abbotsford and Mission, BC. Available until approximately September 2027 or until the return of the incumbent.

Clinical Services

• Individualize patient medication therapy
• Counsel patients about medication therapy
• Collaborate with physicians and other health care providers to develop, implement, and monitor therapeutic plans
• Assist in developing drug therapy guidelines for individual disease conditions
• Prepare and submit case studies and articles for publication in professional journals
• Act as department resource person within assigned area
