**Position Overview:**

Provides clinical leadership, direction, consultation, guidance, and support for performance improvement strategies to improve treatment and care of patients with specific disease processes. Leads and facilitates the development, deployment and monitoring of clinical quality improvement projects, patient safety improvement initiatives, and organization improvements to achieve top decile clinical outcomes and accelerate the achievement of clinical quality and safety goals.
