Responsibilities

• You will work with a medical care team in a busy physician’s office, collaborating with a full‑time nutritionist to expand the current program.
• Assess patients' nutritional needs and develop personalized meal plans.
• Work with individuals pursuing goals such as weight management, diabetes, high triglycerides, PCOS, and more.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records to track patient progress.
• Provide education on dietary choices and healthy eating habits.
• Communicate effectively with patients, ensuring understanding of nutritional guidelines.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to integrate nutrition into overall patient care.
• Deliver excellent customer service to enhance patient satisfaction.
