This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, innovative and enthusiastic nurse to join our Colorectal Stoma team at Barts Healthcare Trust. You will primarily be based at Royal London and work closely with all Colorectal Stoma clinical nurse specialists within the Trust.

The post holder will play a pivotal role in the functioning of the Colorectal Stoma CNS service and be a key member of the team working to deliver a high quality patient experience.

The post-holder will be responsible for a patient caseload and provide expert advice, information and support for our patients. It is essential to possess the knowledge and skills necessary for the post. The post holder will run nurse led clinics to facilitate effective health care delivery on the pre and post operative pathway.

We require someone who can work both autonomously and as part of a team.
