About the Role
The CNS is a broad role which works
across the organisation wherever whaiora intersect with a service's, to ensure
continuity of care and best practise standards are applied by the nursing
workforce. In addition, they provide expertise and specialty advice as required
throughout the organisation. This role will work across the continuum of health
care contributing to the multi-disciplinary team (MDT) with the aim of
improving nursing practices and achieving equitable health outcomes.
