As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will work across the Dovida network to drive clinical excellence across our state-based services. This role provides expert clinical guidance, supports informed decision-making, and ensures high standards of care aligned with the Aged Care Quality Standards.

You’ll collaborate with care teams to review care plans, respond to changing health needs, and promote proactive, person-centred strategies.

This role includes regular travel across our New South Wales corporate offices, including Mid North Coast, Central Coast and Newcastle, and Sydney Hornsby Hills, offering a dynamic and varied work environment. With a focus on clinical data analysis, risk management, and continuous improvement, you’ll help shape the quality of care for every client we support.
