Day - 12 Hour (United States of America)

We use an interdisciplinary approach that works closely with the nursing assistants, physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, case managers, social workers, dieticians, and rehabilitation specialists from occupational, physical and speech therapy. Our team emphasizes growth, learning and teamwork, while promoting and maintaining an environment to deliver the highest quality of care for the patients.

H1 is a 24-bed Acuity Adaptable Unit (AAU) that provides care for 3 unique and specific patient populations:
