North Harbour Hospital has 8 Operating Rooms, a 14 bed Post Anaesthetic Care Unit, a modern well‑equipped day stay facility unit and a 70‑bed ward which includes a 4‑bed intermediate care facility (ICF).

Surgical specialities include General Surgery, Gynaecology, Oral & Maxillofacial surgery, Urology, Orthopaedic surgery, Plastic and Reconstructive surgery, Urology, Otolaryngology and Robotic Surgery.
