developing and conducting courses pertaining to the orientation, basic skills training, in-service, continuing education and sessions for the development of nursing staffconducting needs analysis for the nursing and patient care skills required by the staffpreparing learning experiences to share with staff in academic sessionsconducting post-evaluations for the effectiveness of learning by the staffcertifying and supervising the clinical performance of the interns and staffperforming the required clinical tasks depending on the patient acuity.Eligibility Criteria / Requirements:You should have:
