The Role
You will play a key role in supporting the team’s continued success, working closely with Partners on complex, high-value cases while also developing your own caseload and client relationships.
Handle a varied caseload of clinical negligence matters with confidence and efficiency.
Expand your sector knowledge and use this to deliver commercially aware, high-quality advice.
Build and strengthen professional networks, both internally and externally.
Contribute to a positive risk culture by identifying potential issues early and supporting best practice across the team.
Provide guidance and informal mentoring to junior colleagues, supporting their development.
Skills Required
Clinical Negligence Solicitors with a minimum of 4 Years PQE.
