Position Overview

Aligned with the mission and values of Hawkesbury General Hospital, the Clinical Manager is accountable for the application and maintenance of high standards in perioperative services through the application of policies, procedures and standards governing these various areas, and ensures that the internal controls in place remain appropriate.

The Clinical Manager combines clinical and administrative knowledge and experience to mobilize resources for continuous improvement in quality of care and patient experience. He/she ensures that the daily actions of his/her team are guided by values of compassion, excellence and innovation, and works to achieve organizational strategic objectives using best practices and research evidence.
