CLINICAL MANAGER – NEONATAL AND CHILD HEALTH (DISTRICT CLINICAL SPECIALIST TEAM)

Requirements

• Appropriate qualification that allows for registration with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) as a Medical Practitioner.
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience after completion of community service.
• Demonstrated clinical expertise and leadership in neonatal, paediatric, and child health services at district, regional, or tertiary level.
• Additional training or qualification in child health, health management, or public health is an advantage.
• Experience in clinical governance, health systems strengthening, quality improvement, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel within the district.
• Understanding of National Core Standards and quality assurance frameworks.
