Bear Mountain Healthcare is looking for a self-motivated individual to join their team and develop and build a strong referral network within the service area and medical community, ensure effective and successful relationships are maintained with the referral sources and customers resulting in referrals that meet the census goals of the center and assess and evaluate potential patients for appropriate admissions and facilitate the admission process, working closely with the hospital staff.

The ideal candidate will:


+ Seek to build a strong referral network, engage in person-to-person calls and meeting with the referral sources to increase referrals from existing contacts and generate referrals from new sources.

+ Ensure responses to inquiries are handled properly, timely and with the appropriate follow up. Ensure all bed-holds are updated as requested by the facility.
