Conduct and organise the Clinical/Surgical and Endoscopy team within theatre, ensuring smooth running of theatre lists, organising booking forms and assisting sessions in theatres.
Work collaboratively and flexibly across the theatre suites to accommodate the service demands of each department, including Endoscopy, General, Orthopaedics, Gynaecology.
Promote effective clinical risk management and governance within the department, including safety and risk management, quality improvement and ensuring policies and procedures to enhance patient care and service delivery.
Have extensive knowledge required for dealing with audits and equipment.
Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of surgical techniques and associated equipment.
