JOB DETAILS

1)Coordinate and supervise the activities of clinical team members engaged in clinical care for patients under the supervision of a Physician or provider for the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of disease.
2)Organize and assign duties and tasks to clinical team members.

3)Establish clinical team member work schedules monthly and request Floaters from Director, Clinical Services as needed. Establish provider schedules monthly.

4)Monitor daily performance of clinical team members to ensure duties are completed accurately, efficiently and timely. Monitor and control overtime.

5)Review and correct timesheets, review and respond to time off requests and coordinate payroll for clinical team members.

6)Maintain attendance controller records and send to Human Resources department monthly.
