Position: Clinical Laboratory Technologist

Classification : Non-Exempt Hourly
Reports to: Practice Manager/Director or Clinical Supervisor
Shift/Core Hours: Monday-Friday, 12:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m. with rotating weekend shifts (Saturday 9:30 am-6 pm and Sunday 9:30 am-6 pm). Weekday schedule will adjust to maintain 40 hours
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Clinical Laboratory Technologist functions under the supervision and guidance of the Laboratory Supervisor and participates in the multidisciplinary process of delivering prompt and accurate diagnostic information to providers within established timeframes.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Processes patient samples as a bench technologist.
  • Processes a variety of clinical patient samples for Hematology, Chemistry, Microbiology, and PCR testing.
