Labcorp is seeking a **Quality Assurance Analyst** to join our team in **Dublin, OH** .

**Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm**

**Job Responsibilities**

+ Maintain and support the laboratory Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with CLIA, CAP, ISO 15189, and other regulatory standards
+ Monitor compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
+ Assist with internal and external audits, inspections, and accreditation activities
+ Track and trend nonconformances, deviations, and corrective actions (CAPA)
+ Collect, analyze, and interpret laboratory quality data (e.g., QC, proficiency testing, turnaround time, specimen rejection rates)
+ Identify trends, shifts, or outliers using statistical tools
+ Develop dashboards and reports to communicate quality performance metrics
