Under the direct supervision of the Laboratory Supervisor, the Clinical Lab Specialist (CLS) ensures timely workflow, maintains proper documentation, follow s safety and compliance protocols, and provides widespread support across laboratory departments.
Principal Accountabilities:

+ Specimen Processing:

+ Performs patient registration and test ordering, verifies patient information, ensures timely specimen handling, and resolves processing issues to maintain accuracy and efficient workflow.

+ Evaluates and prepares specimens for testing, ensuring proper labeling, distribution, storage, and processing according to established guidelines.


+ Equipment:

+ Assists technical Team Members by performing duties assigned in loading of samples, performing maintenance.
