Description

:The Dietitian works as part of an interdisciplinary team to provide group and individual educational services related to nutrition and wellness. The Dietitian works collaboratively with providers and other health care teams to develop and deliver programs and services tailored to the individual or group needs. Serves as expert and resource within the organization in the use of food and nutrition to promote health and manage diseases. This dietitian would see both inpatients and outpatients. They would oversee the LTC and acute care operations in both Aurora and Virginia.
