This is a key nursing post, sitting within the NMGH Corporate Nursing Team, supporting the NMGH Deputy Director of Nursing, Heads of Nursing, and Divisional Nursing Teams in developing our nursing colleagues to a new level of excellence.

You will be an experienced senior nurse who has held previous leadership roles and possesses a proven record of delivering workforce and professional development improvement projects. You will be a highly visible leader, able to evidence how you have positively influenced nursing and patient care, have experience in change management and can demonstrate ongoing professional development.
