Hawai‘i Pacific Health (HPH) aims to tackle a big challenge in Hawai‘i’s healthcare sector: developing and maintaining a skilled workforce. HPH has been running successful training programs for high school students and adults for over 20 years. Now, we’re taking it a step further with the Academy for Healthcare Innovation (AHI).

At AHI, we believe everyone deserves the chance to build a fulfilling career in healthcare. By providing accessible, high-quality healthcare training, we aim to empower individuals, strengthen communities and contribute to a more diverse and inclusive healthcare workforce. AHI will focus on training for critical certificate-qualified healthcare roles across the State, with dedicated support from local healthcare employers.
