The Clinical Educator will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating educational programs that enhance clinical knowledge, promote patient safety, and ensure compliance with healthcare standards and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, develop, and implement clinical education and training programs for nursing staff.
Conduct orientation programs for newly hired nurses and support their transition into clinical practice.
Facilitate competency-based training, workshops, and simulation sessions to enhance clinical skills.
Assess and evaluate clinical competencies of nursing staff to ensure adherence to professional standards and hospital protocols.
