The post holder will be responsible for the continuous review and development of the GRaDE workforce.
They will utilise their clinical experience and access appropriate resources to provide and support the training and development of the staff.
They must be committed to evidenced based care and remain up to date with national recommendations whilst adhering to clinical governance.
They will also be expected to partake in local and national audits.
Main duties of the job
To provide training to all staff working in the GRaDE care group.
Maintain awareness of latest evidenced based practice and implement new guidelines in the workplace.
Ensure the training records and compliance are up to date utilising the PALMs dashboard to ensure this is achieved. Assessment of the training needs requirement and escalating gaps within training requirements.
